Job Overview

Compensation:

$14 - $15 hourly

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming inquiries through phone, online platforms, and in-person requests for room bookings, while addressing guests' needs regarding rates, availability, amenities, and special requests.
  • Provide a friendly greeting to every guest, facilitating check-in and check-out processes, and ensuring accurate room assignments and key distribution.
  • Conduct regular administrative tasks to maintain up-to-date and accurate guest information.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure guest rooms are prepared and ready for arrivals.
Required Qualifications:
  • Proficient in handling phone communications and managing high-pressure situations.
  • Preferred experience of at least one year in the hospitality sector, particularly in a front desk role or similar capacity.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and reservation management systems is advantageous.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification.
  • Exemplary interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills are essential.
