About the Role:
The On-Call Banquet House Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless execution of banquet events. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As an On-Call Banquet House Attendant, you will be responsible for setting up and breaking down banquet events, maintaining the cleanliness and condition of function spaces, and providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and break down banquet events, including tables, chairs, buffets, and props
  • Maintain the cleanliness and condition of function spaces, including floors, walls, and equipment
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, including answering questions and resolving issues
  • Retrieve meeting materials, props, crates, and boxes from the hotel's receiving area and store them safely and securely
  • Comply with Four Seasons' Work Rules and Standards of Conduct
  • Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors

Requirements:
  • Previous food service or related experience, ideally in a hotel environment
  • Positive, can-do attitude and ability to flex to guest needs and changing business environment
  • Ability to perform tasks to the standards for both service and safety
  • Available to work all shifts, including AMs, PMs, overnights, weekends, and holidays
  • Proof of authorization for work, passing of pre-employment screening, and Hep A Clearance Required post-offer
  • Food Handlers certification a plus
