Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of incoming communications, including calls, emails, and online chats.
  • Anticipate and recognize the needs of each client, providing solutions with empathy and courtesy.
  • Aim for first-contact resolution on inquiries, quotes, and orders, ensuring efficient handling of requests.
  • Effectively articulate the features and advantages of relevant products and services in a manner that resonates with the customer, considering industry-specific terminology.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and leverage insights gained during interactions.
  • Utilize all available resources to build a comprehensive knowledge base for effective problem-solving and professional growth.
  • Engage in price negotiations to secure business while nurturing long-term relationships with clients.
  • Adhere to internal protocols to deliver consistent and efficient service.
  • Meet or exceed established performance metrics related to both quantity and quality of service.
  • Support other departments during slower periods, including Marketing, Production, and Human Resources.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient typing skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Ability to work at a desk for extended periods while managing continuous phone interactions.
  • Occasional travel may be required for collaboration with Territory Managers.
  • Willingness to assist in other departments during non-peak times.

Reporting Structure: Reports to the Customer Service Manager.
