Job Overview

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with children and their families, providing evidence-based trauma-informed interventions. As a Master's Level Clinician, you will be responsible for assessing mental health needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapeutic interventions using evidence-based methods.
  • Conduct assessments, formulate diagnoses, and develop treatment plans for children and their families.
  • Maintain strong relationships with children and caregivers, ensuring a supportive and non-judgmental environment.
  • Run psychoeducational groups, including curriculum development and implementation.
  • Assist children in learning self-regulation strategies, improving emotion regulation and reducing trauma-related behaviors.
  • Complete documentation of program activities in accordance with program policies.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Training in trauma-informed care and interventions, child psychopathology, cultural diversity, and child development.
  • At least one year of experience working with children using evidence-based trauma treatment methods.
