Job Summary
">This position is responsible for providing behavioral health services to individuals, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and individual therapy. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, as well as experience working with diverse populations. As a Master's Level Clinician, you will be part of a team that provides comprehensive care to individuals, families, and communities. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless coordination of services, facilitating access to efficient and appropriate care levels. This role requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality services, maintaining accurate records, and utilizing electronic medical software effectively.

- Conduct thorough assessments and diagnoses of individuals seeking professional help for mental health and co-occurring issues">
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to each individual's unique needs and goals">
- Provide individual therapy and counseling services to address various mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse">
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to relevant laws and regulations">
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support">
- Stay current with best practices, research, and developments in the field of behavioral health">
Requirements

- A Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field">
- Experience working with diverse populations, particularly those with mental health and addiction issues">
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with individuals from various backgrounds">
- Licensed or certified in the State of Tennessee (if required)">
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly">
- Physical stamina to sit, stand, walk, and perform other duties as needed">
- A valid driver's license with an "F" endorsement">
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team">
