Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Inspector to join our team at Image Hotel Management in Huber Heights.

This role will be responsible for managing housekeeping operations and ensuring that our hotel meets the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and grounds to ensure cleanliness and adherence to quality standards.
  • Interview, select, train, schedule, coach, and support housekeeping staff to ensure they meet brand and hotel standards.
  • Prepare schedules for housekeeping and laundry attendants based on occupancy and assign duties to workers.
  • Take inventory and submit periodic orders to ensure timely supply purchases.
  • Prepare required paperwork and communicate guest service scores to drive improvement.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for the operation of the department or hotel.
  • Practice safe work habits and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year's housekeeping experience in a supervisory role.
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, with strong initiative and desire for achievement.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and strong communication skills.
  • Leadership abilities and experience required.
