Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Experienced Design Engineer to join our team at Quiddity. As a key member of our civil engineering team, you will be responsible for leading design tasks on multiple water resources projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Independently perform engineering assignments with clear objectives.
  • Develop quality work products and designs under the mentorship of senior staff.
  • Supervise and mentor engineers-in-training, designers, and technicians.
  • Attend design meetings and interact with clients at your level of experience.
  • May require field-based activities like coordination with construction services and inspections.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of engineering experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is a plus.
