About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team at Quiddity. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a critical role in the design and management of civil engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of transportation projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with senior staff to develop and implement engineering solutions.
  • Supervise and mentor engineers-in-training, designers, and technicians to ensure their growth and development.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with engineering conditions, laws, and permitting organizations, ensuring compliance and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 1-4 years of design engineering experience, preferably in municipal infrastructure projects and/or county and state roadway projects.
  • FE required; PE in progress.
  • Valid TX driver's license and insurable driving record.
