Civil Engineering Internship

Our paid internship program offers college students the opportunity to work on real-world projects, develop their skills, and gain valuable industry experience.

About the Internship

Our civil engineering internship is designed to provide students with hands-on experience in the design and development of civil engineering projects. Interns will work closely with our experienced engineers and technicians to gain a deeper understanding of the engineering design process and develop their skills in areas such as project management, communication, and teamwork.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the design and development of civil engineering projects
  • Conduct research and analysis to support project development
  • Collaborate with engineers and technicians to develop project plans and specifications
  • Participate in project meetings and presentations
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited four-year or graduate engineering program, pursuing a degree in Civil, Environmental Engineering, or a similar field
  • Basic knowledge of office software (Word, Excel, etc.) and capability in working with CADD software, such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microstation, and other engineering automation tools as required

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $15-30/hour, depending on location and experience. The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and California's SB 1162. The final agreed-upon compensation is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to: individual education, qualifications, skills, prior work experience, competencies, and geographic work location.
