Job Title: Respiratory Therapist - Travel Position

Accurate Staffing Consultants is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist for a travel job in a reputable healthcare facility in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Respiratory Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric, pediatric intensive care unit (PICU), and neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide respiratory care to patients in various settings, including pediatric, PICU, and NICU.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Conduct assessments, administer treatments, and monitor patient progress.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field.
  • Current certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and First Aid certifications.
  • At least 1 year of experience in pediatric, PICU, and NICU settings.
