Commercial HVAC Sales and Project Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Commercial/Industrial HVAC Sales Engineer with a strong background in project sales. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of successful experience in commercial and industrial HVAC systems, including designing and estimating ductwork and piping.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets in industrial and commercial HVAC. You will cultivate strong customer relationships through exceptional service and technical support, conduct on-site assessments to recommend HVAC solutions that meet customer needs, and prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients and prospects.

- Collaborate with engineering and service teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- Provide feedback to enhance products based on customer needs.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and marketing events.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to track progress.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the commercial/industrial HVAC industry.
- Proven track record of successful HVAC project sales.
- Deep understanding of commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
- Proficiency in running load calculations and designing/estimating ductwork and piping.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or related field preferred.
The estimated salary for this position is around $120,000 per year, based on national averages and industry standards. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off and holidays, a 401(k) plan with profit-sharing eligibility, expense reimbursement for travel and client meetings, and continuing education and training opportunities.
