Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, following detailed processes, and ensuring timely processing of transactions.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate and coordinate with customers and stakeholders regarding distribution requests in an accurate, timely, professional, and courteous manner.
  • Read, interpret, and apply regulations and legal documents; stay current on changing regulations.
  • Utilize math skills to run various calculations.
  • Ensure timely processing of transactions.
  • Become an expert in Trinity's systems, processes, procedures, service standards, and qualified retirement plan distribution options.
  • Accurately bill for participant distributions.
  • Assist with cross-departmental functions as needed.
  • Assist with various operational projects as deemed necessary by management.
Requirements
  • Dedicated to client retention is a must.
  • Able to manage office functions efficiently, organize work, establish priorities, and maintain good interpersonal relations.
  • Able to learn, apply, and explain new technical knowledge in a simplified manner.
  • An outstanding communicator and possess intermediate computer/software skills.
  • An individual who demonstrates trustworthiness, adaptability, and responsiveness.
