Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Care: Provide expert clinical services, including immunizations, diagnostic testing, and patient outcomes services, to ensure patients receive the best possible care.
  • Pharmacy Operations: Ensure the efficient workflow of the pharmacy, including compounding, dispensation, review, and verification of prescribed medications, while maintaining regulatory compliance and company policies.

  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with pharmacy staff, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to promote a culture of teamwork and excellence.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharmacist degree from an accredited educational institution.
  • Licensure: Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
  • Experience: At least 1 year experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting, including prescription filling and verification, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and technology systems, and insurance.
