Job Title: Culinary ProfessionalWe are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team at Historic Boone Tavern Hotel & Restaurant. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and quality standards.
- Monitor food temperatures, cooking times, and ingredient quantities to prevent waste and ensure optimal quality.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and refine menu items and promotions.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen environment at all times.
- Assist with inventory management and food handling procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a culinary role.
- High school diploma and/or equivalent work experience.
- Culinary Arts education preferred.
- Safe and appropriate use and operation of kitchen equipment.
