Job Title: Culinary Professional

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team at Historic Boone Tavern Hotel & Restaurant. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and quality standards.
  • Monitor food temperatures, cooking times, and ingredient quantities to prevent waste and ensure optimal quality.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and refine menu items and promotions.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen environment at all times.
  • Assist with inventory management and food handling procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a culinary role.
  • High school diploma and/or equivalent work experience.
  • Culinary Arts education preferred.
  • Safe and appropriate use and operation of kitchen equipment.
