Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Executive Salon Leader to oversee the operations of our Great Clips salons in the Sunset Plaza Shopping Center. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a team of talented stylists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team of salon managers and stylists to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Operational Excellence: Implement and maintain operational standards and procedures to ensure efficient and effective salon operations.
  • Customer Focus: Foster a customer-centric culture and ensure exceptional customer service experiences.
  • Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and analyze salon performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans to address underperformance.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in salon management or multi-unit retail management.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
