Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Order and Revenue Management Associate to join our team at Nestl Purina North America. As a key member of our Customer Service and Dispute Resolution team, you will be responsible for executing Order Life Cycle functional activities in the areas of Customer Service, Dispute Resolution, Accounts Receivable, and Vendor Managed Inventory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process new customer sales orders timely and accurately
  • Actively monitor sales order progression and proactively escalate opportunities to the Customer, Sales, and Customer Facing Supply Chain Teams
  • Resolve and eliminate customer disputes by providing analysis to Sales, Finance, and Customer Facing Supply Chain Teams
  • Pursue the collection of overdue invoices through collaborative relationships with customers' accounts payable departments
  • Monitor and investigate payment trends and provide early escalation of payment timeliness issues to Leadership
  • Develop efficient reporting skills utilizing Power BI Dashboards to perform analysis needed to identify and improve customer performance results
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years of experience in Logistics, Transportation, Customer Service, Inventory Management, Accounts Receivable, or Dispute Resolution
  • 1+ years of experience with Excel (to include VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables), Office 365, Business Object, or Power BI
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
