Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between buyers and sellers to facilitate successful property transactions.
- Proactively follow up with potential clients through various communication channels to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Prepare and manage essential documentation such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, and closing statements to ensure a smooth transaction process.
- Organize open houses to foster relationships with prospective buyers and familiarize them with the local real estate landscape.
- Identify potential homebuyers and provide them with tailored information on properties that align with their preferences and financial capabilities.
- Participate actively in team meetings to collaborate and strategize.
- Commit to ongoing professional development by attending at least four educational sessions monthly.
- Host a minimum of three open houses each month, either independently or alongside team members.
- Leverage the full capabilities of Sierra International to enhance your sales efforts.
- Maintain consistent communication with leads provided by the team and meticulously track all interactions and follow-ups.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in real estate sales.
- High school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Strong understanding of local real estate market trends and conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
Compensation:
Annual salary of $75,000.
