Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Worldwide Sales BPR (Business Process Re-engineering) team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing major transformation programs in the global sales organization, driving strategic planning, portfolio management, and program governance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the implementation of the Salesforce transformation program, creating and managing project plans, reviewing project progress and timelines, and ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery of projects.
  • Establish and lead governance committees to stay aligned and collaborate internally, engaging cross-functional partners to establish trusted advisor relationships and provide vision and future product roadmapping.
  • Build strong risk and issue management processes, track utilization of project resources against the resource allocation and budget, and manage the relationship, contract, and budgets with multiple external vendors.
  • Implement a standardized development lifecycle methodology based on Agile principles, participate in end-to-end implementation planning, and develop and implement a Salesforce technology sustainment model, including a governance process to manage configuration versus customization.
Requirements

  • Experience with Salesforce and Salesforce-related program management.
  • Solid project leadership skills combined with strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, deep understanding of project, program, and portfolio planning and delivery, and sensitivity to organizational issues and challenges.
  • Adept at fostering positive relationships and ability to interact at all organization levels, strong analytical skills with a focus on continuous process improvement, and ability to use data to tell a story, drive root cause analysis, and extract actionable insights.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Expertise leading cross-functional workshops to drive consensus.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills to audiences of varying seniority.
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
  • Flexibility to work in ambiguous situations, highly matrix environments, and support cross-program work-streams.
  • Well-versed in Agile development processes, functional understanding of Jira, Github, and/or similar tools, PMI/PMP certification, Six Sigma certification, Design Thinking certification, Agile, SCRUM, and Salesforce certification.
