Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Engineering Program Manager to join our Apple Services Engineering team. As a key member of our Business and Education program team, you will be responsible for delivering complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with multiple Engineering leads to drive cross-functional programs through delivery, inclusive of timelines, planning, requirements, and dependencies.
  • Manage risks, mitigations, and drive alignment across the organization and between teams.
  • Provide clear, timely, and objective communication, including regular program status updates and critical issues as needed to executive team.
  • Coordinate discussions and break down complex issues into discussion topics to drive engineering and design alignment with support from project team, maintaining an orientation toward teamwork and collaboration.
  • Proactively identify issues and solutions, and mobilize resources vital to attack and resolve.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of technical program/project management for software or software/hardware products.
  • Sound executive presence with the ability to communicate at the senior leadership levels.
  • Prior experience working in product areas alongside Human Interface, User Interface, and User Experience partners.
  • You understand technical issues at a sufficiently deep level to identify gaps.
  • You have executive presence and are comfortable speaking and presenting to leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience shipping consumer software on a large scale, used by millions of users.
  • Proven expertise working effectively and autonomously across multiple teams in situations of ambiguity, with only high-level direction.
  • Passion for partnering with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Design teams to prioritize and create implementation plans for new features, programs, and capabilities.
