Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure clear and open communication between team members and stakeholders, including site and market management, PTC, CO Engineering, CT Packaging, and the SBU.

  • Ensure design is directed towards low cost, highly efficient, and flexible operation.
  • Ensure safe work sites and installations that are easy to operate, clean, and maintain, guaranteeing safe and consistent manufacture/distribution of quality products.
  • Clearly detail scope, deliverables, performance, and milestones when working with external engineering services, contractors, suppliers, etc.
  • Prepare progress reports for all projects on a monthly basis.
  • Ensure project scope is achieved within agreed cost and timing.
  • Effectively train operators, mechanics, electricians, etc., and ensure smooth and efficient transfer of equipment to the client, including supporting documentation.
  • Complete final reports on all projects and circulate to key stakeholders.
Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with a (BA/BS) in an Engineering Field (Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering) and minimum 3-5 years of technical experience. Strong technical, managerial, and leadership skills in Project Engineering/Management are required. Knowledge of plant design and construction, food safety, regulatory requirements for food safety and equipment, financial analysis, and CAPEX budgeting and preparation processes are also necessary. Proficiency in Capital Investment Approval & Tracking (CIAT) tool and ability to travel 10% are preferred.
