Key Responsibilities:

  • Transport resort guests along designated routes, prioritizing safety and efficiency.
  • Assist guests with luggage and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Attend and actively contribute to staff meetings to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Assist passengers in boarding and disembarking vehicles, maintaining a safe and respectful environment.
  • Utilize radio or similar communication devices to report service disruptions and maintain effective communication with base station and other vehicles.
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine maintenance tasks, including fueling, lubrication, and accessory checks.
  • Perform daily vehicle inspections to ensure safety and submit inspection reports to the department manager's office.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by management to support the success of our operations team.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of transportation protocols and safety procedures.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience preferred.
