Job Title: Program Marketing Manager

At ecoAmerica, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our programs and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to promote our programs and services
  • Collaborate with the program team to develop marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content
  • Manage and maintain our website and social media channels to ensure consistency and accuracy of information
  • Track and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of our marketing efforts
  • Provide support for partnership recruitment, including preparation of partner briefs, plans, presentations, communications, and moves management
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
  • Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
