Job Summary

Culligan 48MN is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager and Sales Representative to oversee our business operations at the store branches in Virginia MN and Grand Rapids MN. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing daily operations to achieve business goals and maximize profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage daily operations to achieve business goals and maximize profitability
  • Oversee sales and operations teams to ensure efficient and effective delivery of products and services
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage budgets and financial reports to ensure accurate tracking and analysis of business performance
  • Recruit, train, and support employees to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction
  • Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, management, or a similar field
  • Minimum of 2 years of management experience, preferably in a sales or operations role
  • Minimum of 1 year of service center operations experience, preferably in a sales or operations role
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a commercial sales role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with CRM systems, and project management tools
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
