Job Title: Architectural Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to join our team at DLR Group. As a key member of our integrated design team, you will be responsible for leading projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and designers, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide exceptional client service, ensuring client satisfaction and building strong relationships.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on architectural projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited program.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Licensed Architect.
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software.
