About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Leader. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for ensuring our stores are well-run, well-merchandised, and well-staffed.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the head of store in achieving sales goals and identifying areas for improvement
- Coordinate and communicate daily task assignments to Customer Experience Representatives
- Engage and inspire customers on the floor, making meaningful connections and creating a warm and welcoming environment
- Curate specific product collections for each customer, leveraging our product to tell stories and add joy to their lives
- Follow pre-opening, post-opening, and closing procedures to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements
- Passionate and enthusiastic individual with a customer-centric approach
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members
- Ability to work a minimum of 25 hours per week, with a mix of days, evenings, and weekends
- Retail leadership experience is an asset
