Key Responsibilities

  1. Administer all policies and procedures to members, participants, and employees.
  2. Project a positive image of the YMCA through personal adherence to policies.
  3. Process transactions, manage membership software, and run reports as needed.
  4. Respond to emergency situations and provide excellent customer service to members.
  5. Maintain a safe environment in member areas, including common areas and locker rooms.
  6. Take a leadership role in emergency situations and enforce membership rules and policies.

Requirements
  • 17 years of age
  • Ability to work 10-16 hours per week
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Experience with computer software programs and data entry
  • CPR/AED/First Aid/O2 Certification

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a customer service setting
  • High School Graduate or equivalent
  • Bilingual - English/Spanish
