Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of field operations effectively.
  • Develop and oversee project timelines.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, project drawings, and specifications.
  • Establish budgets and monitor financial performance.
  • Analyze cost variances and implement corrective actions.
  • Assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate quality expectations to subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Conduct regular quality control inspections.
  • Adhere to company safety protocols, legal requirements, and OSHA standards.
  • Ensure job site cleanliness and organization.
  • Prepare daily time records for supervised personnel.
  • Maintain daily logs of project activities.

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Basic computer proficiency is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel for projects as needed.
  • Competitive salary range: $124,000 - $190,000 per year, based on experience.
