About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop vacuum components, chambers, and systems that meet customer requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure designs are manufacturable and meet quality standards.
  • Ensure products are safe, reliable, and cost-effective.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and specifications.
  • Build and test prototypes as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in vacuum equipment design and manufacturing.
  • Experience with ultra-high vacuum product design and manufacturing required.
  • Direct experience with design and manufacture of custom components, chambers, and process systems preferred.
