About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team at MKS Instruments. As a key member of our multidisciplinary product team, you will be responsible for developing and releasing precision vacuum pressure measurement instruments for the semiconductor, medical, and industrial equipment markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and release new vacuum sensing products that deliver market advantages in performance, cost, and size.
  • Lead or participate as a lead member of multi-disciplinary product teams, with full responsibility for the electronics development and release.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues to root cause and support the product team in resolution.
  • Develop new architectures and circuits to advance the technology.
Requirements
  • Deep technical background in low-noise electronics and precision sensors.
  • Significant experience with embedded microprocessors.
  • Ability to logically work through challenging troubleshooting and problem-solving activities.
  • Strong product-level technical skills and some cross-discipline experience, including electronics, firmware, mechanical, and sensors.
