About the Role

CEVA Logistics is seeking a skilled Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe movement of goods through our warehouse facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers to provide exceptional service and support.
  • Lead and direct a team of warehouse staff to achieve operational excellence and meet productivity targets.
  • Operate forklifts and other equipment to move materials and products within the warehouse.
  • Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, tools, and equipment within assigned areas.
  • Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequences.
  • Complete and verify accurate forms, documents, labels, and other information to ensure inventory accuracy and successful receiving and delivery of goods.
  • Oversee warehouse maintenance tasks and identify potential operational or service concerns.
  • Prepare and assemble orders, pick and count material, move and load materials between operations or trucks.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; at least five years of warehousing or related logistics experience preferred.
  • Forklift certification typically required within three to six months of hire; valid state-issued driver's license preferred.
  • Ability to operate hand and power tools, including hand trucks, pallet jacks, and related warehouse equipment.
  • Basic proficiency in Internet, web-based, and job-specific software applications.
  • Ability to prioritize and assign work, provide training and guidance to staff, and respond promptly and professionally to customer needs.
