Senior Autism Services Director

Upstate Caring Partners is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead our autism services team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality of our autism services, agency education, and collaborative partnership initiatives.
In this role, you will work closely with our clinical, educational, and administrative leadership teams to provide direct services and support to our existing programs. You will be responsible for administering, conducting, and evaluating behavioral assessment measures and techniques, as well as developing individualized goals and objectives for our home, community, and center-based programs.
We are looking for a candidate with a Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field, and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in a related field. You must also have a valid New York State Driver's License and be willing to obtain a valid driver's license if you do not already have one.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer, conduct, and evaluate behavioral assessment measures and techniques
- Develop individualized goals and objectives for home, community, and center-based programs
- Design behavior support plans based on functional assessment data
- Ensure appropriate behavioral data systems are implemented
- Teach program staff on the proper implementation of educational and clinical behavior programs and plans
- Conduct training and consultation
- Provide supervision for staff seeking board certification/licensure in behavior analysis or registered behavior technician certification
