Job Summary

Poly-Tek is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to lead the company's sales efforts in the Agriculture, Construction, and Recycling industries. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for building new customer relationships, growing existing accounts, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies, and build strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Account Management: Manage and grow existing customer relationships, resolve customer issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and analyze sales performance.
  • Engineering Support: Work closely with design engineers, tooling houses, and manufacturing teams to optimize part design, tool configuration, material selection, and production process.
  • Project Management: Drive project success from concept to launch, providing timely and accurate sales forecasts to the operational team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for building strong relationships and driving revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in software applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Slack, with a strong understanding of information technology systems.
