Job Description: Home Health RN Specialist

We're seeking a seasoned Home Health RN Specialist to join our team at Amazing Care Home Health Services. In this critical role, you'll deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to pediatric patients in their homes, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide specialized nursing care to pediatric patients, addressing their unique needs and requirements.
* Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as directed by physicians, ensuring accurate dosing and adherence to treatment plans.
* Monitor patient progress, reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team in a timely manner.
* Assist with daily living activities, providing emotional support and guidance to patients and their families.
* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.

**Salary and Benefits:**
$62,000 - $72,000 per year, based on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes dental insurance, disability insurance, health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance.
