Job Summary
Samaritan Health Services is seeking a skilled Clinical Operations Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our clinical staff. As a liaison between the back office and other clinic departments, you will play a crucial role in mediating issues and ensuring seamless communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily clinical operations and ensure efficient workflow
- Act as a liaison between back office and clinic departments
- MEDIATE issues between back office staff and physicians
- Provide consultation and treatment of chronic kidney disease
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to achieve patient-centered care
Requirements
- Registered or Certified Medical Assistant required
- Previous medical back office experience or medical assistant training
- Two years experience in a healthcare setting, including one year as a medical assistant
- Healthcare Provider BLS required
Working Conditions
- Adaptability and flexibility to respond to high-risk or diverse patient populations
- Ability to handle complaints, settle disputes, and negotiate with others
Physical Demands
- Occasional lifting, bending, and standing
- Ability to climb stairs and lift up to 54 pounds
