About the Role

At Wasatch Property Management, we are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our apartment communities. Your technical expertise and attention to detail will be essential in providing exceptional service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas.
  • Respond to resident service requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting issues.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to assess and respond to maintenance issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and colleagues alike.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of hands-on general maintenance experience.
  • Ability to operate various hand and power tools.
  • Experience in repairing and maintaining electrical systems, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, heating and air systems, and pools.
  • Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to multitask.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Superior customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and rotating on-call responsibility for after-hours emergencies.
