Job Summary:

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on our 160-unit apartment community in Sacramento, CA. This is a full-time position that requires a strong understanding of maintenance in the property management field, including plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and painting.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on the property, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address any maintenance issues.
  • Respond to resident requests for maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the community team to ensure the satisfaction of our residents.
  • Participate in on-call rotation to respond to after-hours emergencies.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
