Job Overview

As a key member of our maintenance team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our apartments are thoroughly restored to "make ready" status, meeting our high standards for quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Restore vacated apartments to "make ready" status, adhering to our manager's timetable and ensuring a safe and thorough process.
  • Perform work orders assigned by supervisors, focusing on repairs and preventative maintenance items.
  • Maintain property-owned equipment and tools, ensuring they're properly secured after each use.
  • Secure all work areas per policy when unoccupied.
  • Complete service requests for vacant units (make ready).
Physical Demands

The Make Ready Technician will be exposed to a dynamic work environment, requiring intermittent standing, bending, crouching, pushing/pulling, lifting/moving/heavy loads, climbing stairs and ladders. A working knowledge of OSHA is essential, and adherence to guidelines is mandatory to protect the health of the maintenance team, community residents, and oneself.
