Maintenance Technician II

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Amarr, a part of ASSA ABLOY. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for conducting troubleshooting repairs and preventive maintenance of simple and complex equipment within our production facility.
Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot equipment issues in the production environment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical components.
- Provide support in areas of fabrication, assembly, welding, burning, cutting, pipefitting, and machining.
- Read and interpret hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematic and drawings.
- Work from oral and written instructions.
- Understand and use manuals and catalogues when ordering parts.
- Understand and comply with all parts ordering and issuing procedures.
- Maintain adherence to company policy, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices.
- Assume other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Prior experience in a production environment.
- 5 years' maintenance experience and knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical skills.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other equipment.
- High school graduate or equivalent with additional training in mechanical or electrical technology.
