We are seeking an experienced Transformational Technology Leader to serve as the primary liaison between IT and organizational stakeholders at Desss.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent leadership skills to drive business transformation and deliver results.

Job Description
As a Transformational Technology Leader, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deliver technology solutions that meet the business needs of Desss.
You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and experience working with Product Owners and Agile delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deliver technology solutions that meet the business needs of Desss.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, including IT teams, business subject matter experts, and project managers.
- Build and maintain a team of high-performing technologists who are passionate about delivering exceptional results.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure timely and effective delivery of technology solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments and apply this knowledge to drive business transformation.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Continuously improve job performance and take on stretch or rotational assignments to support company initiatives and achieve self-development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related computer science discipline AND a minimum of 10 years of direct experience; or a combination of education, professional certifications, AND a minimum of 10 years of direct experience may be used to meet educational requirements.
- At least 10 years of demonstrated experience in the following:
- Business/Systems Analysis, Software Quality Assurance, business relationship management, process documentation and reporting, software development lifecycle, asset management, service portfolio management, availability/capacity management, Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), application architecture, Agile or Scrum framework, Project Management, issue tracking and team collaboration methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with business stakeholders.
- Excellent technical skills with a strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and experience working with Product Owners and Agile delivery teams.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, including IT teams, business subject matter experts, and project managers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead teams to design and implement innovative technology solutions.
- Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments and apply this knowledge to drive business transformation.
Salary Range
The estimated salary range for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
