About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join eInfochips, Inc as a Sales Director, focusing on expanding our Embedded and Digital product engineering services business with Fortune 1000 companies. You will be responsible for hunting new customers and growing our existing accounts, leveraging our customer relationship with Arrow Electronics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pro-actively analyze Digital Engineering and embedded opportunities in target business lines and identify potential customers.
- Develop and present eInfochips value propositions to potential customers, understanding their digital transformation and industry technology trends.
- Hunt/prospect/call on mid-size and enterprise customers across Western US, identifying pain points and immediate needs.
- Run the complete sales process, from initial client communication to proposal creation, negotiation, and deal signing, driving contract and project agreements.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, as well as prospecting and sales process goals to build an optimal sales pipeline.
- Develop strong, long-term relationships and referrals with Director & VP level executives at targeted firms.
Requirements:
- 7-15 years of overall experience, with 5+ years directly in the USA, in a hardware, embedded, software engineering services company selling to Fortune 1000 companies.
- Managing a portfolio of $5 to $15M in Engineering R&D Services (ER&D).
- Experience in building C-suite/SVP/VP level relationships.
- Able and willing to develop a client base in new territory via aggressive prospecting.
- Good technical skills to carry out first-level technical discussions with prospective customers.
- 25% travel within the USA defined territory.
