Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Marketing Analytics to manage customer data, CRM decision making, and marketing performance analytics for our brand. This role will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and collaborate closely with marketing, merchandising, ecommerce, product, and retail teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing analytics strategy to drive business growth and customer retention.
  • Manage and maintain customer data, ensuring data quality and integrity.
  • Collaborate with IT to implement best-in-class data analysis solutions.
  • Design and implement A/B testing and incrementality tests to measure marketing effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards using Looker, Tableau, or other BI tools to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Mentor and manage junior reports to grow within the organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing analytics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in data analysis, report building, and CRM maintenance.
  • Comprehensive understanding of marketing funnel data, benchmarks, and success metrics.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work independently.
  • Expert SQL user with experience in building complex queries and troubleshooting BI reporting.
  • Background in luxury retail and consumer brands.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
