Key Account Management Specialist

We are looking for a results-driven Key Account Management Specialist to join our client company's team in Tampa or Naples, FL. This opportunity allows for remote work options. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes while using innovative products.
Responsibilities and Expectations
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers post-sale, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to implementation.
- Oversee the customer onboarding process, guaranteeing customers are adequately trained and equipped to utilize our products.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to address customer needs and feedback.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business objectives and how our solutions can contribute to their success.
- Analyze customer engagement and usage metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field, preferably within a SaaS or technology company.
- Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple customer implementations concurrently.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach and the capacity to build strong relationships with clients.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual compensation for this position is $80,000 - $105,000, commensurate with experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career advancement.
