Job Summary

At Sunrise Hospital, we are seeking a highly skilled Medical Imaging Specialist III Nuclear Medicine to join our team. As a key member of our imaging department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and performing a variety of imaging procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Perform computed tomography and related procedures to produce sectional anatomic images for interpretation by licensed practitioners.
  • Provide health care services applying x-ray energy to assist in diagnosis or treatment.
  • Exercise professional judgment in performance of services and maintain a demeanor complimentary to medical ethics.
  • Provide appropriate patient care and recognize patient conditions essential to successful completion of the procedure.
Requirements
  • High School graduate or equivalent.
  • Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Program and a member in good standing with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) (R) and ARRT (N) or Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certification Board (N.M.T.C.B).
  • Must be licensed by the State of Nevada.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS).
  • Demonstrated competence specific to NM position.
