Key Responsibilities

  • Guide the strategic planning for all marketing communications and business development initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the firm's marketing investments to maximize return on investment.
  • Conduct regular competitive analysis to ensure the firm maintains its market edge.
  • Oversee the execution of the firm's marketing strategies.
  • Craft and implement the firm's social media strategy to engage users and enhance brand visibility while adhering to legal marketing ethics.
  • Manage the firm's website content to ensure accuracy and improve online presence.
  • Create and edit various content types, including press releases, advertisements, articles, and blog posts.
  • Encourage firm employees to participate in community and marketing initiatives to boost the firm's visibility.
  • Support attorneys and presenters with presentation materials and feedback for seminars and speaking events.
  • Coordinate with different departments to identify targeted marketing efforts.
  • Utilize both creative and technical writing skills to promote services and events.
  • Assist in planning special events for marketing purposes, including managing guest lists, presenter recruitment, and post-event follow-up.
  • Oversee database management using InfusionSoft and Clio Grow.
  • Develop and manage the firm's social media profiles.
  • Facilitate connections with referral sources through outreach events and meetings.

Compensation: Based on experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in a marketing role with a focus on advertising and sales direction.
  • Experience with contracts for digital and graphic services is preferred.
  • Proficient in technology with a willingness to learn new software.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a fully remote team.
  • Strong writing skills for both digital and print media.
