Overview:
The Service Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Service Department. This position is designed for individuals with a strong customer service background and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer inquiries and service requests efficiently.
  • Utilize computer systems, including Windows applications, to track and manage service operations.
  • Maintain a high level of energy and focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Schedule service appointments and prepare necessary documentation for invoicing.
  • Perform various administrative duties to support the service team, including recording and prioritizing customer requests.
Essential Duties:
  • Input and verify service requests in the system, ensuring accurate scheduling.
  • Coordinate with the Service Resource Center to facilitate service calls.
  • Oversee the entire service process from request initiation to completion, addressing issues as they arise.
  • Reassign tasks based on workload and urgency, ensuring timely service delivery.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers regarding the status of their service requests.
  • Address customer complaints professionally and seek resolutions, involving management when necessary.
  • Ensure timely invoicing of completed service calls, adhering to established timelines.
  • Safeguard customer and company information, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • Manage inventory and supplies necessary for service operations, including sourcing and tracking parts.
