Job Title:

Audiologist - Otolaryngology

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Audiologist to join our Otolaryngology Department at OU Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating, treating, and counseling patients with hearing and/or balance disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and treat patients with hearing and/or balance disorders
  • Conduct hearing and balance evaluations for inpatients and outpatients
  • Develop and implement audiologic rehabilitation treatment plans
  • Provide patient education and counseling
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
  • Doctorate in Audiology from an accredited college/university
  • Active License from the Oklahoma Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with pediatric and adult populations
  • Knowledge of current amplification technologies and fitting practices
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
