Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Engineering/Remediation Resources Group, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities of designated projects to ensure goals or objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frames and funding parameters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute environmental remediation projects, including project planning, scheduling, cost controls, and cost tracking.
  • Develop and implement procedures and programs to minimize environmental risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare technical reports, proposals, and other project-related documents.
  • Supervise personnel, including delegating tasks and developing project teams.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders.
  • Travel up to 25-50% of the time to project sites, as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental and engineering consulting, remedial actions, and munitions response projects.
  • Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university.
  • 40-hour OSHA certification and current 8-Hour HAZWOPER Refresher.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite Products.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • M.S./P.E. or other professional certifications.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and executing environmental remediation projects.
  • Previous involvement in preparing or contributing to project proposals.
