About Quick Quack Car Wash

We are a dynamic and customer-focused car wash company seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Leader to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth, developing and implementing effective store strategies, and leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Development: Assist the Store Leader in hiring, training, and developing a high-performing team that consistently meets sales goals and delivers operational excellence.
  • Store Operations: Assist with coordinating the day-to-day workflow of team members, providing direction, and ensuring seamless store operations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor store performance, identifying opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency, and implementing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety protocols, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a high level of service to customers.
  • Time Management Skills: Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with prolonged periods of standing, walking, and lifting up to 15 pounds.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
