  • Desarrolla planes y cronogramas de comisionamiento.
  • Coordina con gerentes de proyectos, equipos de construcción y clientes para asegurar la ejecución fluida de las actividades de comisionamiento.
  • Revisa especificaciones de proyectos, planos y documentos para comprender los requisitos del proyecto.
  • Es responsable de monitorear y reportar regularmente el progreso del comisionamiento.
  • Apoya y entrega tareas mecánicas en proyectos de comisionamiento.
  • Supervisa la finalización de trabajos multidisciplinarios relacionados con el pre-comisionamiento o comisionamiento en proyectos.
  • Revisa y aprueba procesos de comisionamiento multidisciplinarios para asegurar que cumplan con los procedimientos, especificaciones y estándares del proyecto, y supervisa la instalación y diseño de suministros y sistemas de comisionamiento.
  • Asegura que se sigan los procedimientos y prácticas de seguridad.
  • Audita las actividades de comisionamiento regularmente para garantizar el cumplimiento de los requisitos ambientales, de calidad y de seguridad.
Calificaciones
  • Título universitario en una disciplina de ingeniería.
  • Experiencia en operación de edificios y diseño de procesos.
  • Experiencia en la aplicación de estándares HSE, liderando un equipo de puesta en marcha y comisionamiento, así como en capacitación en aula de operaciones y capacidad para mantener la consistencia HSE en el sitio.
  • Conocimiento en la realización y redacción de informes de Cx.
  • Disposición para viajar según sea necesario; esta posición requiere algunos viajes locales a sitios de trabajo.
  • Capacidad para comunicarse y presentar de manera efectiva con el personal, principios y clientes.
