The Senior Vice President of Member Engagement will oversee the comprehensive management of our retail branch operations and member service call center. This role is pivotal in directing daily operations, ensuring a consistent and high-quality service delivery, while adhering to state and federal regulations as well as internal policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations and evaluate branch and call center performance.
- Propose enhancements to service delivery, product offerings, and operational methods.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in management, member service, and financial products.

- Ability to utilize technology to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Skilled in interpreting regulations and compliance.
- Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving capabilities.
